Here at the Springfield School Of Dental Assisting, we believe in providing the best education, training and hands on experience necessary so our students will feel confident and prepared to take on the dental world.  We provide hands on training in a real clinical setting.  The Dentists on site offer a unique inside view as to what any Dentist is looking for in a good Assistant and help teach our students how to anticipate the Dentists moves and needs faster than any other training would provide.  Our experienced and licensed Instructors will also provide you with training in Clinical, Front Office, Phone Etiquette and Lab procedures, Chairside Dental Assisting training, Administrative training, Computer training, a Certificate as a Dental X-Ray technician from the state of SC and a CPR Certificate that is valid for 2 years.  We emphasize hands on training, so when you graduate you will have the necessary experience to start your exciting new career. The training will include assisting the dentist during dental procedures, taking x-rays, taking dental impressions and fabricating temporary crown and much more! Before you leave for your externship we will also provide help with writing your Resume and with necessary interview skills to successfully land any job.  After the completion of the course we will assist you in finding an externship in an actual working dental office to finish your training.
