Here at the Springfield School Of Dental Assisting, we believe in providing the best education and hands on experience necessary so our students will feel confident and prepared to take on the dental world.  Our Program is designed to provide the graduate with the necessary skills and training needed to start an exciting career as a Dental Assistant and become an integral part of the Dental Office.  You will be trained in Clinical, Front Office and Lab procedures.  Our experienced and licensed Instructors will also provide you with chairside Dental Assisting training, 4 handed Dentistry, Administrative training, Computer training, a Certificate as a Dental X-Ray technician from the state of SC and a CPR Certificate that is valid for 2 years.  We emphasize hands on training, so when you graduate you will have the necessary experience to start your exciting new career. The training will include assisting the dentist during dental procedures, taking x-rays, taking dental impressions and fabricating temporary crown and much more! Before you leave for your externship we will also provide help with writing your Resume.  After the completion of the course we will assist you in finding an externship in an actual working dental office to finish your training.
